Human Resources Generalist (Mansfield, TX)
Allied Property Management is looking for an enthusiastic Part-time Human Resources Generalist for our rapidly growing company headquartered in Mansfield, Texas. Our company offers excellent benefits, skills training, and opportunity for advancement while supporting our leadership team members.
This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. This position will also take on a variety of special projects as assigned.

Position Summary:
Conducts recruitment effort for exempt and nonexempt corporate and onsite personnel; writes and places job postings; and screens candidates as needed.
Handles new hire administration including screening and ensuring new hire paperwork is completed.
Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.
Assists with HRIS and payroll administration.
Performs benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, submitting invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees. Responsible for workers compensation administration.
Administers the compensation & bonus program(s); conducts salary surveys and provides recommendations to leadership.
Maintains and monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
Handles employee relations counseling, and exit interviewing.
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.
Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
Variety of special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (required)
2–5 years of related HR experience.
PHR or SHRM-CP (required) SPHR or SHRM-SCP (preferred)
Strong HR knowledge and computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HR/Payroll systems (AllianceHCM experience preferred).

Schedule:
20 hours per week (on-site corporate office).
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel (less than 10%) for on-site property visits.
